Book an Appointment
For your convenience, you are welcome to book an appointment online. Please note:
- All appointments must be made at least 24-hours in advance.
- When booking for the first time, you will need to register with your name, phone number and email address. This information will be used to confirm your booking and remind you of your upcoming appointment.
- Be sure to record your username and password when you register. You will need it in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- When booking, select the day of your appointment, then select a time.
